  https://boughettokitchen101.wordpress.com/ is loading fine for me, what is the URL of the website you’re referring to?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com (which I highly suspect considering SSL is automatically installed on all WordPress.com sites and domains), you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Your hosting provider should be able to help, so I’d suggest contacting them. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
