  Hi @divalliportugal, this site has never been hosted here, so going forward you’ll want to post in the correct forums for self-managed WordPress installations.

  Your host can likely help you find access with one of these options.

  That said, I’d highly recommend sorting out the problem with your domain first. While I was checking to see if you’ve bought our services, I noticed your domain has expired. You’ll want to reach out to your registrar right away to resolve that.
