  I made a new site last night janetkelly.net with wordpress.com but I cannot get to it. can you help? Janet

  Hello Janet!

  When I visit your website, I see the Coming Soon notice that happens from the default privacy setting for new sites.

  If you want everyone to be able to view the site, you can change your site privacy settings using the instructions at this link:
  https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/

  The site you mentioned is not connected to the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have access to another WordPress.com account?

  It looks like there might be one with my main email address, not connected with janetkelly.net. I used (email visible only to moderators and staff) to make a site last night. My main email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I think you mean account :)

  You’re posting here as the jkelly37 account. This account was created a week ago and doesn’t own any sites with us.

  janetkelly.net belongs to a different account, username jkelly3737, created only yesterday.

  You need to log out of the jkelly37 account, and log back in as the other account, to access that site.
