Hi there,
im having alot of trouble setting eveyrhting up
Once you’ve made a domain name and started your website, there will be a list of steps (including customising your home page) on the My Home page to do with setting up your website.
If you want to edit what’s written on a page, go to My Site > Site > Pages and select the page you want to edit.
There’s a support post on this: https://wordpress.com/support/pages/#edit-a-page
If you want to go to the Customiser, you can go to My Site > Design > Customise.
The support post about customising your website is https://wordpress.com/support/customize/.
You can also check out video tutorials on customisation at https://wordpress.com/support/video-tutorials/customize-your-site/If you’re not sure whether audiences will find your site interesting, one idea might be to set your site to Private, give access to it to people you know who have a WordPress account, and ask for their feedback. (You can still do this if your site is Public, obviously, but if you’re not quite ready for that yet you can give certain people access to your Private site.)
One way to get more traffic (to a site set to Public) is by using keywords, adding tags and posting regularly. You can check out the support posts on this:

Do you mean on your WordPress.com login (as a user on the site), or when you search for it on google/etc.?
If you’re referring to not finding your site when trying to edit it, please give us more detail about what you’re experiencing.
If you are referring to not finding your site in order to view it:
Are you referring to the URL not sending you to the correct site/not working at all? If so, please share the URL of your site, including other information (e.g. browsers you used, what versions they are, any extensions you have, your operating system) so we can see if we can work out what’s happening. Sending us any error messages you’re receiving will also help us.If you mean you can’t find your site when typing its name into google, that’s because it hasn’t been indexed yet.
Make sure your site is set to public. If you’ve only just done this, it may take 4-6 weeks for google to index your site. You can make a site public by going to My Site > My Home where there will be a site set-up page, or by going to My Site > Manage > Settings, scrolling down to Privacy, and either selecting Launch Site or Public (depending on what appears).
https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launching-your-siteTo increase traffic:
One way is to use a mix of appropriate broad and specific tags. For example, if your site is about reviewing books, you might create a tag ‘book reviews’, but also a more specific tag ‘book review about [book title]’. Someone who wants to find a book to read might type in ‘book reviews’ to Google, so might find your site. Someone who wanted to know whether a certain book was what they wanted might type in ‘reviews about [book title]’, which is why the more specific tags are helpful. If you wanted to appear on the WordPress reader, make sure not to use more than 15 tags and categories combined; if there are any more, the Reader won’t index your site. You can read more about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/topics/
It’s also an idea to use keywords. For example, if your blog was a book review blog, use keywords such as the book’s title or themes within it. Make sure it doesn’t turn into ‘keyword stuffing’, though; if you use so many keywords that the sentences become unnatural, this could affect your site negatively.
It’s important to keep posting. Search engines like it when blogs are being updated regularly.
