  How can I access my site as it’s not working?

  Hi there,

  The site isn’t working, because the Business Plan you used to have with us has expired. This causes all plugins you have installed to stop working.

  We can either help you add a new Business Plan back to the site, or we can properly downgrade your site back to the free plan. However, note that if we downgrade the site, there is a risk that all content you added to it since first installing plugins might be lost. We try out best to prevent that, but sometimes it’s unavoidable.

  Please confirm which option you’d prefer.
