  Hi, I created an account a couple of weeks ago but when I log in now it’s not showing the domain name that I purchased…I think I’m just being thick but please help!

  I opened the account a couple of weeks ago and paid for the personal subscription with a domain name free for one year. The domain name I chose was http://www.northmarineroad.co.uk

  Hello Emma,

  Many thanks for that extra detail.

  Is it possible that you may have access to multiple WordPress.com accounts?

  If yes, my advice would be to check the login credentials in use there.
