  Hi Guys. I have the invoice paid for the 48 to have a site. It has cleared my checking. I have an invoice transaction number from the bank, yet this profile shows no purchases and says I have no site. I also tried to log in through your welcome emails and link my domain that I own to my site and it says the domain is already linked to a site…. I only have one account so it should be linked TO THIS SITE which you say doesn’t exist. please help

  Hi there!

  It sounds like you have created a different account when purchasing the subscriptions. It might happen, for example, if you choose to log in via Google, choosing the email that’s not registered with us.

  That said, have a look at the email address where the receipt was sent to, and use that email to log in.

  If that doesn’t work, use the transaction ID with the account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.
