Hi there!
What’s the address of the site you’re trying to access?
It sounds like you have logged in to a different account.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
You’ll log into it through http://www.rhinebeckphotoarts.com/wp-login.php and not here.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

The site
rhinebeckphotoarts.comappears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on IONOS Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service. You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/rhinebeckphotoarts.com+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and IONOS also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through IONOS, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
You can ask IONOS support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
