    I upgraded to business plan a couple weeks ago from free however there’s no indication of the upgrade. Still says free.
    First I need to know how to get this straightened out.
    Second I got to know how to change my password cuz right now it’s on automatic. I’m going to have another firm working with the site and they need the password.
    Now when I did this upgrade the original site can’t be found. Just two other sites that I had had on here very old. it’s not a big problem because I have it backed up and I can reinstall it I do believe but I would like to know where that site went. The site title was auto theft expert. If you search your web that’s what you come up with. However in the dashboard it’s not there. I need to get this stuff quick quickly fixed and appreciate any help you can give me. I may in fact have a business set on my site I don’t know.

    What is the URL of the site you bought the Business Plan for? The robo14 account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and only owns two sites on our free plan.

    You can change your password at any time from the Account Settings page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/security/password

    However, you should not share your password with anyone else for any reason. If you’re using someone else to help you develop your site, instead ask them to create their own WordPress.com username account at https://wordpress.com/start/account/user/. Then you can invite them to your site in the user role they need for the work they have to do:

    https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/

    It sounds like your site might have been created under a different username account, associated with a different email address. If you can give the URL of the site, I can confirm that for you and point you to the right place for help regaining access.
