    Please help! My entire site has disappeared. I’m unable to find anything. I’ve logged into my wordpress account and it’s not

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re looking for?

    The WordPress.com account you used to create this thread hasn’t been active for 4 years, and hasn’t ever owned any sites hosted with us.

    I do see you had a Jetpack connection for the site, ellewright.com, which you removed around the same time you created this forum thread. That site is currently hosted with GoDaddy.com, so if that’s the one you’re trying to access, you can contact GoDaddy support for help regaining access to that site’s admin user account.

    The admin user account you use to log into that site is completely separate from the WordPress.com username account you use to log in with us.
