  hey so I accidentally screwed up all the work I had on my site, by clicking change of theme. It got rid of everything and im going to cry now.

  Hi there,

  Your content isn’t gone :)

  When you switched themes you selected the option to have the theme automatically set up the default homepage included with that theme. If you select that option, any existing homepage you have will then be set to draft.

  To get things back the way they were, go to Pages ->All Pages ->Drafts, and republish the original homepage.

  Then go to Appearance ->Customize ->Homepage settings, and set the correct page as your front page again.
