  I am looking at my site and it looks published (it is not ‘coming soon’) except I cannot seem to edit the picture. Further, I have published a post, but when I look at my published posts I do not see it. Please assist.

  The site https://handmaidsfail.wordpress.com/ is still set on Coming Soon. You may change the status to Public as described in the Privacy Options section of the Privacy Settings support page. This might resolve the published post issue as well.
