My site appearance has suddenly changed

  Hello. Since yesterday everything on my site has enlarged dramatically. Except the header image which has reduced in size. And the menu has changed to a 3-line image. If I enlarge my browser window, the header image is enlarged to the point where both ends of the image disappear. The menu returns but everything on the screen is so large it’s impossible to view. With my ‘normal’ browser window size the menu which drops down from the 3-line image is longer than most pages. The whole site looks a total mess. I connect to the site most days and yesterday was the first time this has happened. Any help will be very gratefully received. As it stands I can’t ask anyone to view the site…too embarrassing!
