My site/blog, account and plan – free or not?

  Is my site/blog, account and plan on wordpress free or not? I’m confused. If it’s not free, what are the fees for the particular site/blog I chose and when and how do I have to pay?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Top left corner -> My Sites -> Plan
  It will show you your current plan, if you’re new to WordPress and have just made your site, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be free, but you can check it there.
  That’s also where you can upgrade to paid plans.
