My Site Cannot Be Accessed

    Hello, when I try to edit my site an error message appears saying my site cannot be accessed and all of my data (pages, posts, media, etc) are all gone.

    When I go to my url at powrtexas.org, this message appears ‘This page isn’t workingpowrtexas.org is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500’.

    Can anyone please help me restore my site? The host website (Hostinger) says the domain and hosting are active and I’m able to access my emails. I still have a backup of the site in case I need to restore a backup.

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostinger.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
