my site cannot be accessed

    I had malware attacks on my site and it was locked. I removed malware and was trying to update security settings, but seemed to have messed up access to site. Whom can I ask for help to get access to teh site – with so much malware attacks and lock downs I will close it, but want to get my files down before that.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Unfortunately, you are posting to the wrong support forum/. That site is not on WordPress.COM servers and we do not provide support for it.

    ejhe-online.com is a WordPress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by CyrusOne

    We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. To be clear we do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
