My site cannot be reached at all.

Recently I stated that both my active sites on WordPress platform fully disappeared.
Fortunately I can open at least this Discover Georgia Blog in the management platform, but the site itself is not visible if use the address to open.
I have made the diagnostics and got the message ‘cannot connect DNS Server’.
I would like to ask for a help to reanimate bot my sites:
