My site can’t be reached at all!

    This problem has been with me since yesterday afternoon (about 16 hours now as of writing). WordPress.com and Jetpack load for me just fine, but the website itself just won’t load at all after I added a new page to a menu.

    I tried connecting to another wifi. I tried using mobile-data. I tried other browsers. I tried “isitdownformeoreveryone.com” and it tells me that my website is up, but it still won’t load. On Google it says “This site can’t be reached.”

    Hi,

    What is the address (URL) of the site your are trying to reach, and what do you mean by “reach”? I visited the site unknowncebu.wordpress.com without issue. Is that the site you refer to?

    Thank you for responding, but the issue resolved itself on September 5.

    I don’t know what the cause of the outage was, but it is working now.
