My site changed and disppeared without my permission

  I just log in the WordPress.com and found out that someone else’s blog (raynwooper.wordpress.com) appeared on my admin page while one of my blogs disappeared on the control panel. When I typed My disappeared blog’s address (iweargrass.wordpress.com) on the browser, it appears to look like a stranger’s blog with a different template.(that raynwooper WordPress) Its title also changed to someone’s London diary. is my blog being hacked? How can I retrieve my blog?
  I didn’t change anything on my control panel and I published my last post last week and it was totally fine. Will be very appreciated if someone here can help. Thanks!

  I may be misunderstanding, but when I just went to both of the sites that you mentioned, this is what I saw.

  Your site looked like this: https://cloudup.com/cpnDeAU_Osm

  The second site looked like this: https://cloudup.com/chl4HEeaLrH

  Both pulled up normally. Are you still having the same issues? Let me know!
