My Site Crashed.

  So I have a separate site that I use through Go Daddy but hosted here on wordpress. Recently my business partner accidently crashed the site and we can’t even get into it to fix the site.

  Can someone help me.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   You can contact WordPress.org support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ but GoDaddy may also be able to help with this.
