my site crashed

  After i installed a few plugins my site crashed, i can´t even sign in to my dashboard.
  I installed wp courseware and simple SSL.
  I found i could access through FTP and rename the plugin folder, but im waiting for my clients info on this. Is there any other way to fix this?

  It looks like your website is using the WordPress.org open-source software and is being hosted elsewhere not here on WordPress.com. Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities staff here cannot access your files and many of the volunteering folks here do not have much experience with WordPress.org.
