My Site Crashing

    Every time that I click on ‘My Site,’ the page crashes. It won’t let me click on anything else. On Chrome, it says ‘Ran out of memory’ but my memory is not close to full. When I use the WordPress app on my computer, the ‘My Site’ tab pulls up nothing but a blank screen, and then the app stops working and I can’t do anything else. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’m on a PC running Windows 7.

    Does it help if you clear your browser cache and cookies?

    For the app, try to uninstall and reinstall the most current version if you aren’t already using that.
