my site directing to other sites

  i have two sites using WP .. suddenly my sites started directing to other sites whenever i enter them
  

  i figured that the problem is from the theme IDK how but someone added some codes to the themes and IDK what to do or how to fix this though I used security plugins but the problem still exists
