My site disappeared.
-
I created a website blog towards the end of last fall and despite my attempts to access it again, it appears to have vanished. When I try to get to my blog posts or view any of the content I previously published on the site there is no evidence that it ever existed. I really don’t understand what has happened here as I would really appreciate seeing some of the things I wrote and posted. Please help me.

Hi,
What is the address (URL) of the site you are looking for? The account you used to start this forum topic is only four months old, so the account of the missing site would have to be a separate one. What is the account username associated with the missing site?
-
-
That seems like the correct timeline for this profile username. The site title was astrangeronatraincollection.wordpress.com
I can still see traffic to certain pages on the site, however when I try to access the page it tells me it doesn’t exist.

Hi,
I’m also get the result from Google and other search engines that the URL doesn’t exist. What’s more, if it had existed and was deleted the URL should present with a default static page that provides a message indicating that the site had been deleted. This doesn’t occur, suggesting that the URL never existed. Are you sure you have the URL correct?

Please provide an example of a page URL from the missing site on which you find traffic.

Did you change the URL of astrangeronatraincollection.wordpress.com or strangeronatraincollection.wordpress.com at some point to something else? That might explain why there is no deleted site page.
-
I had changed the uRL as I was making it from strangeronatraincollection.wordpress.com to astrangeronatraincollection.wordpress.com
I can view the traffic if I go to the “astrangeronatrain.wordpress.com” click the wordpress symbol in the upper left to view my reader, then by clicking my sites.
This is the URL for that page

“It’s been 5 months since Intro: Kitchen was published. Here’s how the post has performed so far…”
When i view this the “Intro: Kitchen” is hyperlinked, however when I click the link it shows me a page that “doesn’t exist.”

Also, I apologize that I made a mistake. I had changed the title from “stangeronatrainsite.wordpress.com” to “astrangeronatraincollection.wordpress.com”

Sorry for the long delay in response.

I’m still getting the result that https://astrangeronatraincollection.wordpress.com/ doesn’t exist. As I don’t have access to your administrative pages, I’d be unable to view the insights page you linked to above. I will add a tag to this topic to call for staff attention. Please wait for staff to respond.

Hi there,
There was a bug that broke address changes back in April, which is when you tried to change your site address. I’ve fixed that now, so you should now see your content at the new address, and an empty site at the old address.
Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
