  my site do not load with my WordPress account but it load normally.

  Are you having issues loading the dashboard? If yes, this might be a browser issue. Please try the following:

  • Please visit https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ and share the URL next to the green button in your next reply.
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Try switching your web browser to the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You might also want to try out the official WordPress.com app.
  • Disable any content blockers, such as Adblock, and any other browser extensions.
  • If you’re using Safari, un-check Prevent cross-site tracking in your preferences.
  • If you’re using an iOS or macOS device, turn off Private Relay.
