my site do not work

  my site ——.com service was interrupted for no payment and now the site is ready after payment , but unfortunately i can not access or see my site complete, i have a backup of the my site data, how can i get it back up and running with wordpress. Note I cannot see my site in fatcow.com control panel. can you help me please

  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Contact your host(FatCow) regarding server this issue.
