My site does not exist anymore. How and where can I stop payment for my membership?

    Stop membership

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

Now I see that the message of May 9 says: I need help with the blog: fredenjoke. But I did not ask for an update and that blog does nog exist. I thought we were talking about my purchase of the Nextgen program, 3 years ago?

I don’t think that particular charge is from us. Are you referring to the Nextgen plugin? That is a WordPress.org plugin. Also, I didn’t see an account associated with the e-mail address you provided or the username you provided.

“I don’t think that particular charge is from us. Are you referring to the Nextgen plugin? That is a WordPress.org plugin. Nextgen credited my account for the last 3 years ont he 1st of May with USD 39,00 and I want to end that. I have some more info that maybe can help solf the problem. Subscr.ID: I-MTWMJL4BBK0B Authorisation number: 819550 My creditcard company advised me to send you some more details of the card but I donot want to do so on this forum. Can you provide me with a normal e-mail address to so? Thank you in advance. J C de Geus

  • Hey there,

So Nextgen is a WP-plugin and you are from WP. What is the problem then?

    We are WordPress.com not WordPress.org. There’s a difference:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

We do not have access to anything related to your WordPress.org purchases. Nextgen is a third party plugin unrelated to WordPress.com, so we cannot assist you here. You’ll need to talk to the third party company you purchased the plugin from in order to sort out the charge.

I did some research and I think the third party company you need to talk to is Imagely, the creators and sellers of the NextGen plugin:

    NextGEN Pro

They should be able to help you.

    Hope this helps! Thanks!

Thanks, I am going to try that.

  • You’re welcome.

    Good luck!
