My site does not have the bar which allows me to enter and edit

  Hi team, I do not understand why, but on most occasions when I log onto my site I cannot edit or send a post as the bar that sits across the top disappears. I have to come into my Word Press account to post comments to my blog. This is rather annoying, why does it happen?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  that is where I went for support and when I complete the form it directs me to this place.

  I just want to email wordpress for support instead of going on a forum.

  can anybody help me with that?
