My site doesn’t update.

Hello i try to make changes to my site and it shows up while i am i logged in but when i log out of the wordpress account I can no longer see those changes any help would be much appreciated, i tried everything to clearing cashe using pluggins and i even upgraded my cloudflare account to clear cashe from there but no results it just keeps presenting an old version of the site.

Hello I made changes to my main page and added new posts and they won’t show up on the site after I log out of admin how ever on the cached version of my site it shows to latest version https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:vFMJX0EgTnwJ:https://freevipservers.net/+&cd=17&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk&client=safari
