You are posting to the wrong support forum.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Hello –
Have you set up an SSL Certificate with your new host? An alternative might be to use Cloudflare for this.
It can take a few weeks for Google to reindex the https / http version of the site.

Thanks for suggestions if i buy always i need to be with Https, so i will wait until new google index. But is WordPress.com had a feature of redirect of my subdomain to a main domain for the HTTPS pages

My wordpress site has been accessed for years through a domain name purchased through register.com. All of a sudden- after a reader comment was posted on September 13 – right about the time wordpress staff went out on vacation- my site is inaccessible from my primary domain. What am I supposed to do here?
-
I paid domain registrations fees in June as required. Have 2 reciept numbers but since Sept 13 my site has been down
As soon as noticed I have sent support number of requests to revactivate with NO response. Sadly very frustrating and it’s costing me money NOT being live
I’m cranky – please urgently attend to platinumeventagency.com

WordPress on vacation – not good enough. The internet is a 24/7 business
Urgent attention is needed – you have disrupted business across the globe.
Cranky and disappointed to lack of customer service to paying customer

Hi folks, Staff are aware of the issue and are looking into it. This thread has been tagged for their attention. No need to open new threads or post into other threads on this topic. Thanks for your patience.

To everyone having domain issues…
WordPress.com staff is attending our once a year all company meeting. However, there is a team of us keeping an eye out and will help you as quickly as we can.
To make that go faster, please make ONE thread of your own and add the “modlook” tag to that thread. The modlook tags gets our attention and having your own thread helps staff work more quickly. It is very confusing to try and work through a thread with a dozen users with a dozen different sites posting to it.
