My site exists but I cannot log in.

    My domain expired and WordPress wouldn’t let me renew it. I created a new domain. Now when I go to log in to that new domain, it won’t let me, but it brings me back to the free version of my old website. No record of my new domain name anywhere on my admin page. WordPress just keeps asking me to upgrade the old domain ( which I gladly would have done before creating this new domain) however at that time WordPress claimed the domain had been taken.

    Hi there,

    What is the URL of the new domain? There isn’t a current domain subscription under the account you are contacting us from, so it very well could be under a different WordPress.com account.

    https://mosefarmvt.com/ hasn’t expired, it’s good through July 22, 2020.

    It belongs to a separate WordPress.com account here, so you’ll need to be logged in under that other account to access it.

    That’s great thanks. The trouble I have is that I have no record of a receipt for mosefarmvt.com. So I cannot recover my username and password. I know that I punched in my credit card information and purchased the new domain but I was never sent a receipt in email.

    If I use my email to recover password…it just brings me to my original site (which expired) mosefarm.com. Now mosefarmdotcom.wordpress.com.

    I am just trying to delete that free site and only have mosefarmvt.com. I just cannot seem to get the username and password and I have no record of a receipt for purchasing that domain.

    Anyway that receipt can be re sent?

    You can provide us with the transaction ID as a proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.

    Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:

    View your receipts and purchase history

    and then send it to us through this form:

    Please DO NOT POST any transaction details in this public forum. Use the form I linked above.
