'My Site' freezes whenever I try to enter it.

  I’ve been trying to access ‘My Site’ for days now, but whenever I press the button the site freezes for a couple of seconds and the shuts down. This doesn’t happen when I use other sites or pages. What could be the problem?

  Hi there,

  I was having a similar issue a few months ago. I followed the steps here https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ and it solved my problem.
