My site got blocked when I formatted my PC
-
After I formatted my system Jetpack locked my site siting violating issues. Login URL also got changed without my knowledge. They asked me to send my e-mail id so as to send instructions to unlock the site. However, within the instructions received, they asked me to click a link. But I couldn’t find any url. Just got a Login button and ‘Reset Your Password’ link. Sadly, both options are not working, giving some error or void message. How can I login my word press site? The site is working absolutely fine. But I can’t login inside.
My site url is http://www.mywordsnthoughts.com -
I have added “modlook” tag for the staff assistance. You will get a reply soon from the staff.

Hi there,
Formatting your computer cannot possibly have any effect on any website you own, unless you were hosting the website on a virtual server on the same computer. Whatever is going on here, what you did on your computer is not related.
The account you’re using to post here is not connected to any Jetpack sites, and I also see no support tickets with Jetpack for this account.
The site, http://www.mywordsnthoughts.com/ is also not connected to Jetpack at all.
If you’re trying to log into WP-Admin for that site, you instead need to contact your hosting provider for help, as your login details are stored on their servers, as are all the files for your site. So only they can give you the access needed to reset your login details.
If instead you’re speaking of http://mywordsnthoughts.com/myworld/, which is a different site, you need to log in as the
shaijursWordPress.com account to access Jetpack settings for that site on WordPress.com. However, I don’t see any Jetpack support tickets for that account either.
