My site has a problem of losing a database

    Hi,

    I have a site created with wordpress under the domain name as http://www.atgtsc.com. It was working just fine until the other day I couldn’t go on the site as it said on the screen that ‘Error establishing a database connection.’ I wasn’t sure what causes the problem but from that moment on my clients and I couldn’t get on the website at all.
    The reason I decided to send you this message is to ask for following questions,
    1. Is there any way to restore all data on the following website.
    2.Is there any way to check what happened to the website. Why suddenly all the data was erased.

    Hi there, looking at the nameservers for your above domain, I see you are hosting with PS-CC.CO.TH We are only able to assist with sites hosted on our servers.

    Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
