My site has ads even though I paid for it

  I paid yearly subscription Feb. 16, 2020.
  Now I see an add will be included in my post. And I am encourage to upgrade to remove ads.
  I don’t understand why my subscription is no longer ad free.

  Hi Jo, I’m replying from a new thread: we had to remove the old one as there was no way for us to remove the transaction ID, and that’s sensitive info you wouldn’t want in a public forum.

  I do see that the subscription was paid for in Feb 2020, but I don’t see a payment for Feb 2021. The upgrade has expired.

  Do you want to go ahead and add the personal plan again?
