my site has an error message when I type in the address

http://www.paterson2ndbaptist.com is the web address. I get the message when I try to log in as an admin. I simply put the text in and add /wpadmin That’s when I get the error message. Thanks for your help.

It doesn’t appear that paterson2ndbaptist.com is hosted here on WordPressdotcom. You’ll want to contact your hosting provider directly, which appears to be GoDaddy.com
WP and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are not the same thing. You can learn more about the differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

It is usually because there are spaces, new lines, or other stuff before an opening
<?phptag or after a closing?>tag.Open your
wp-config.phpfile and make sure<?phpis the first thing in the file and there are no spaces or blank lines above it.Due to the differences between the free hosted blogs offered here at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress, I recommend asking on the WordPress.org support forums if this does not fix it.
-
The problem is, I cannot get into the management part of the site to make any adjustments. When I try to go to wpadmin, I get a screen with an error message that blocks my access.

Without a link to the site you need help with, we cannot give you an accurate answer.

Unfortunately, after you provided the site URL you did not read what justjennifer said and are still posting to the wrong support forum.paterson2ndbaptist.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com
WHOIS
IP Address: 97.74.215.186
Name Servers:
ns64.domaincontrol.com
ns63.domaincontrol.comAs you can see that’s a powered by wordpress site ie. it’s a wordpress.ORG install that we do not provide support for here at WordPress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

If you want to provide support for wordpress.ORG software installs go right over here http://wotrdprerss.org/support and do so.If you want to provide wordpress.COM support then know that we Volunteers do not provide wordpress.ORG advice here at all. Doing so wastes the time of wordpress.ORG bloggers who are posting to the wrong support forums, and posting any wordpress.ORG advice into wordpress.COM support threads simply leads to future confusion when bloggers use our search box to locate answers for wordpress.COM hosted blogs.

@geoffreyshilling
You’ew welcome and I wish you well. :) Below is what I and the other Volunteers do when answering every thread, so we don’t give bloggers who may not be hosted here the wrong links and advice.1. Get the exact URL.
2. Find out where it the site is hosted.
3. Check for domain mapping.
4. Use tag search to locate recent correct answers posted by experienced Volunteers and/or Staff. Example: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/not-a-wpcom-blog
5. Use Google search for the same purpose.
6. Search the support docs. -
