My site has be deactivated, I cannot access my wp-admin

  I had a site on my wordpress which has since been deleted or deactivated I cannot access it and I cannot seem to forward any control of it

  I verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In that case, you use the self-hosted version, whose software is available at WordPress.org.
