My site has been compromised
-
Firstly 3 days ago , I had premium plan and needed help concerning my site was suspended. It seems all I need is the nameserver and it will work.
Now, my site doesn’t even have a plan that I paid for. Something has gone seriously wrong. Mycelestialmuse.com is this site I paid for with my plan.
I noticed that there’s a plan now attached to some other site I never used .
I’ve feel I’ve lost everything.
I also paid for Jetpack to have my site backed up and monetised and the chat supporter said you don’t need it and refunded me instantly.
What is going on?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

ns8424.hostgator.comHello there, your site mycelestialmuse.com looks to be hosted at HostGator. For help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Since you mentioned that you also had a premium plan and it is now attached to a different site, I’ve gone ahead and flagged this thread for Staff attention as they can see what is happening behind the scenes. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

Hi there,
You have two sites.
You have a WordPress.com site, mycelestialmuse648438975.wordpress.com. On 6 January you bought a Personal Plan for that site, and added a domain transfer for the domain, mycelestialmuse.com.
But it appears you never actually started that transfer, and then cancelled it on 1 February. So while your site is still on the Personal Plan, there is nothing connecting that site to your domain, mycelestialmuse.com.
Then you also appear to have a site built with the open source WordPress software at the same domain, hosted with Hostgator. You connected that site to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, and you bought a Jetpack Premium plan for that site.
We explained all this to you in live chat a week ago, and you said you do not want to use the Hostgator site, but that you want to use your domain with your WordPress.com site. That is why we cancelled and refunded the Jetpack plan – that plan can only be used for self-hosted sites, and has no effect at all on a WordPress.com site.
If you still want to use your domain, mycelestialmuse.com, with your WordPress.com site on our Personal Plan, mycelestialmuse648438975.wordpress.com, then you need to either restart the domain transfer, or add a domain mapping upgrade to connect the domain here. You can find the instructions for these two options here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
Nothing in your WordPress.com account has ever been suspended. If your Hostgator site or your domain has been suspended, you need to contact them for help, as we have no control over what happens on their systems.

Thanks for the reply.
I did those actions along time ago. Within the transfer, then as I saw the email asking me to transfer, I ignored it, as I Did fulfil the requirements with the authorisation code and what have you. Which look the same as the ones you have given me to read.
Hostgator explained to me that I had cancelled ,with them , assuming that my site was properly transferred just needed the new name server.
You talk in jingles.
So now I have paid for a site I don’t use. I would like to get a refund. I now have to rejoin jetpack . I have spoken to hostgator and they were helpful and my site is running again.
Sorry but the transfer It is too complicated.
Could you please tell me where I can get a refund. Thankyou kindly. -
