    My site has been down since last week and I am not getting the help I NEED.

    Has anyone experienced the same bad help from the engineers?

    I am unable to go to “EDIT”, it takes me to a black page. I cannot fix all the many problems that appeared such as: menu has changed, footer disappeared, pages has a different design, and I CANNOT GO TO EDIT.

    I followed the instructions such as: disable plugins, I tried to change the theme, but it is not allowing me. Obviously the instructions are not valid, even when I had to wait almost a week for an answer from one of those unhappy engineer.

    Sooooo disappointed and unhappy!

    and now, the site is asking me to reply instead of posting my question!!!
