Salut,
I’m sorry you’re having issues!
This page can help you: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
There is an account recovery form at the bottom of that page, or you can find it directly here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
All the best!

The blog I need help with is sandrabolton.com.
Hi @sndrbolton,
Sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your site.
I’d recommend trying to reset your password again by following these steps, and double-checking that it is the self-hosted site you are resetting the password for, not WordPress.com.
If you still can’t access your site, please try contacting your host and/or posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums.
sandrabolton.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and is hosted by InMotion.
As the site is not hosted on the servers here at WordPress.com, we do not have any access to it and can’t provide support for it.
To learn about the differences between the two versions of WordPress (.com vs.org), please see this guide.
Good luck!

Hi @theblakesheep – welcome to the forums :)
A lot of people post threads here about the self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org), which we don’t provide support for.
It’s recommended to check the nameservers of the site listed in the opening post.
If the nameservers are not WordPress.com or Automattic, you should redirect users to the WordPress.org forums or their host for support.
There’s a helpful guide for volunteers you should check out at:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-com-volunteers/Thanks :)

Thanks @garysixtyeight, I completely didn’t notice that lack of .wordpress in her site, and I just assumed she was coming from .COM. Thanks for the tips!
