  Hi, i got an email saying a new user has been added to my account, my sit pages have been deleted and i cannot find a new user when i log in. can i recover my pages?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  You can restore that delete site within 30 days after deletion – https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  I would advice you urgently to set up 2FA – https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/ – and change your password to a really strong password – https://wordpress.com/support/passwords/

  2fa has now been set up- silly not to. Will attempt to restore site later today. Thanks for your help!
