My site has been hacked, a reader confirms this

I posted a while back about hacking but got no response so I didn’t know what to think. But now, a reader who is also a trusted friend has run across further problems. I don’t want to get into too many details. This involves a toolbar that was put on there a couple of months ago that only some viewers see. I saw it once myself but have not seen it since, knowing this can’t be seen while logged on, but others have now reported it to me. I regularly change my password and have not given it out. i would appreciate some sort of response. Thanks!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see no post about hacking on your account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/juliemadblogger.

If you won’t give us details, we cannot help you.

Thanks, I didn’t use the word “hacking” in my post on this forum. I believe I used the word “toolbar.” It’s possible the post got deleted and maybe this is why didn’t get a response. I am a bit concerned that there will be further damages to my blog and I know that this is a public forum, which is why I hesitate to be specific.

I would appreciate a response, please. The name of the site used for the hacking is “do not link dot com.” This site provides a way for anyone registered to hack a site for any reason, even if they just don’t like you. If you Google it, you will see that donotlink is a blogger’s nightmare. I have yet to find a fix for this, though I haven’t really had time to look too hard. At this point, since it has affected my visitors, I need to do something. My friend consulted someone who said it was a redirect issue, but she didn’t send a screenshot. Not all visitors are affected.
