  can some help me get sorted as I can’t log into my website via my dashboard and it looks like someone has hacked it

  Thanks for that info. It looks like that domain is associated with another WordPress.com account. You’ll need to log in to that account in order to gain access to the site. In order to help regain account access, I’d recommend checking out this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/. It outlines how to use the password reset form and, if that doesn’t work, how to submit an account recovery form.

  When you say that your site looks hacked, can you explain how so?

  You created maskesizhayatd8cca816fb yourself 11 months ago. That account is in no way connected to https://maskesizhayat.com/ that’s why you don’t have access to the admin panel. Just follow the instructions our Staff member gave you.
