MY SITE HAS BEEN VANDALISE

DEAR JESICAS AND ERIK.K,
GOOD AFTERNOON. I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY SITE LATELY. I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT MY NAME HAS BEING DELETED FROM MY PROFILE AND MY SITE HAS NEEN TAMPERED WITH BY UNKNOWN PEOPLE. MY BELIEVE IS THAT THE SITE IS SECURED TO DESIGN MY SITE BEFORE THE FINAL PUBLICATION. I FOUND OUT MANY TIMES THAT MOST OF MY DESIGN HAS BEEN DELETED. HOW CAN I SURE THAT THE SITE WILL BE PROTECTED AND SECURE BEFORE I FININISHED THE DESGN AND PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE. I WANT YOU TO HELP ME SET A SECURITY ON THE SITE BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO CHANGE IT. THE SITE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN FINISHED BY NOW BUT I FOUND OUT THAT PEOPLE HAS BEEN REMOVING MY WORKS AND DESIGN,THANK YOU FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE REPLY AND RESPONSE.

We need a bit more info to be able to help.
1) “MY NAME HAS BEING DELETED FROM MY PROFILE AND MY SITE HAS NEEN TAMPERED WITH BY UNKNOWN PEOPLE” & “PEOPLE HAS BEEN REMOVING MY WORKS AND DESIGN”
- When you state that your name is deleted from your profile are you referring to the information found at https://wordpress.com/me?
- Are you the only administrator on the blog, or are there other users that have access to this site? You can find this info at My Sites > People.
- Does anyone else have access to the computer you are using to work on your site?

4) “PEOPLE HAS BEEN REMOVING MY WORKS AND DESIGN”
Can you please provide examples of works and designs that have been removed? If you can provide screen shots that would be exceptionally helpful. Hi there,
Please turn off the caps lock on your computer. It makes it very hard to read what you are writing, and in online forums it is considered to be shouting if you write in all caps.
You are the only user on godofsolutions.wordpress.com, so only someone logged into your account can make changes to your site. No one else.
Make sure you have a strong password set to your WordPress.com and email accounts, enable two-factor authentication on both, don’t let your browser save your passwords, and log out of your account each time you are done working on your site, and there is no way someone else will be able to make changes to your site.
