My site has crashed! Please help

  My website is http://www.drryannolte.com.
  Last night I updated a lot of my plug-ins and with that process somehow my website crashed.
  I have no idea how to get it back! Please help.

  Oh man that’s never any fun!

  The answer is in your question though! Since your site worked fine until you updated the plugins, all you have to do is disable the plugins to get your site back.

  A look into your domain name shows that your site is hosted at GoDaddy and not WordPress.Com. GoDaddy has a help page that can walk you through the process: https://www.godaddy.com/help/troubleshooting-plugin-issues-in-wordpress-7415
