My site has crashed. Please help!

  Apparently my site has crashed. I suspect it’s an outdated theme that has taken it down. I tried to change the theme through the ‘My Site’ page, but can’t even access it from there. Please help. We have an important fundraiser going on and we rely on our website. Thanks!

  Hi,

  I just visited the site https://rccucc.org/, and it appears to be working without any immediately noticeable issues. Are you referring to that site, or another? Are you still having trouble accessing the site?

  I’ve called for staff attention so they can test access from their end.

  Thanks for responding – I sent a note to the site host, and they were able to resolve it on their end.
