My site has ‘Cutestat.com’ attached :-(

    How can I remove ‘Cutestat.com’ from my Web address?
    My site cannot be accessed because it redirects to cutestat.
    I don’t know how or why this has happened but it is preventing my site being accessed.
    Does anyone know how to safely remove it please?

    There are no sites under your account so your site is probably not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
