my site has disappeared

  I’m logged in as bcrband but i should be bumpcity. For some reason last night i hit the upgrade plugins and my site disappeared. I tried to get into it but it’s gone. I had to re-register because my password was not recognized and the email address is different. Is there anyway i can recover my site? my URL is http://www.bumpcityreunionband.com Please help
