I had a site – cranesbond.com or cranesbond.wordpress.com has disappeared. It was up a week or so ago.

Hello,

I had a site – cranesbond.com or cranesbond.wordpress.com

The domain cranesbond.com is registered to the user craneinsider — only they will be able to manage the domain. Do you own that account?

Thank you; yes I manage that account. To be honest, it’s been quite a while since I’ve interacted with the site, but now I have a great need to do so. Can you give me some guidance in how to get to it?

And when I try to go to the site, it says it doesn’t exist, and all the content has disappeared.

It looks like the domain upgrade was temporarily disabled because of a chargeback:
