My site has disappeared!

My site existed and then I changed a setting accidentally and the whole site has disappeared. I’m not getting 404 error messages, and cannot login at all.

First off, is your sarahjefford.com site hosted here at WordPress.com (I can’t access the site to find out!) ?
I think it may be a self-hosted WordPress.org site running on your own hosting. This forum supports users with sites hosted at WordPress.com. This article explains the difference:
If it isn’t hosted here, pop over to the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ and you should find someone able to help you as they’ll have more experience of this kind of problem with the self-hosted flavour of WordPress.
It’d speed things up If you can remember which settings you changed before this happened. Assuming a plugin is causing this problem, it may just be a matter of restoring the settings you changed or disabling the plugin.

Thank you so much for your reply. It seems I have accidentally redirected http://www.sarahjefford.com to dev.sarahjefford.com AND redirected dev.sarahjefford.com to http://www.sarahjefford.com. I’ve contacted my web host to see if they can help, but is this something WP has to fix for me?
I think I went into Settings and changed the website address which caused the glitch? -
Yep, you’ll need to change the website address back to what it was.
If you can’t access the site to make the changes, you can update these settings using FTP which I’d suggest is done by someone confident doing this kind of thing.
Hopefully, your host has someone familiar with WordPress who will be able to help :-)
